Yes, if the timeline and crew availability line up. Send the photo date first so the quote can be planned around it.
Can you work with lockbox or seller access?
Access can be planned during quoting. Include lockbox, concierge, parking, alarm, pet, and entry notes.
Do you clean windows?
Interior glass and tracks can be included when in scope. Exterior windows and gutter or eaves work are separate add-ons and may need provider confirmation.
Can you coordinate junk removal too?
Yes, as an add-on when provider capacity and scope are confirmed. Removal should happen before the clean.
Is this staging or repair work?
No. KeyReady is cleaning-led property prep. Repairs, staging, and licensed trade work are separate from this page and only coordinated through the right gates.
