Why we exist
Turnovers fail in predictable ways: the clean runs late, the crew no-shows, or the work is "done" but nobody can verify it without driving out. For a realtor with a photo shoot booked or a landlord with a tenant moving in, that uncertainty is the whole problem.
KeyReady is built to remove it. Every job gets a written scope before it starts, a crew that's confirmed before your date is, and a timestamped before/after photo set when it's done — checked against a job checklist before we call it complete.
How we run a job
Send photos and your deadline. You get an itemized written quote — usually the same business day — with the scope, the exclusions, the price, and a date window. No vague verbal numbers. Once you approve, we confirm the crew, then lock the date, then deliver the photo-verified result with your invoice.
One point of contact, start to finish: Daniel. Quoting, scheduling, and the final photo check go through one person, so nothing falls between hand-offs.
What we don't do
We're not a weekly maid service, we don't take active construction sites, and we stay out of licensed trade work and hazardous materials. We do turnover and prep work — move-outs, listing preps, post-reno detail, office turnovers — and we'd rather be the best in the region at that than mediocre at everything.
The re-clean standard
If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean the missed area free. The before/after set means that conversation is rare and short — the proof is already in your inbox.
