What we collect
Contact details (name, mobile, email), the property address or area, and the photos and job details you send us to prepare a quote.
How we use it
To quote, schedule, and complete your job, to send before/after photo sets and invoices, and to follow up about your request. We do not sell your information.
Photos
Before/after photos are taken to document the work. Any marketing use of job photos is done with property details anonymized and subject to your consent.
Sharing
We share only what's necessary with the assigned crew and, where relevant, our hauling partner — bound to handle your information confidentially.
Retention & your rights
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide and document the service. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time using the contact below.
