Trades done. Dust gone. Property ready.
KeyReady handles post-renovation dust and detail cleaning across York Region after the trade work is finished. Send photos, property type, access notes, and the date it needs to be ready. We confirm the scope in writing and document completion with photos.
Best fit: after trades are done and debris is removed or separately quoted.
- Trades complete before cleaning
- Written scope
- Dust/detail checklist
- Quote from photos when possible
- Completion photos
Trade-complete rule
Post-renovation cleaning works only when the site is ready to clean. If trades are still cutting, sanding, painting, installing, or walking through the space, the clean becomes wasted work.
KeyReady quotes after confirming whether the renovation is complete, whether debris is out, and whether any add-ons need to happen before cleaning.
Scope can include
- Fine dust on visible surfaces
- Cabinet fronts and accessible interiors
- Fixtures, handles, switches, vents, trim, and ledges
- Floors vacuumed and washed
- Bathroom fixtures and glass
- Kitchen counters, sink, backsplash, and appliance exteriors
- Closets and shelving
- Window interiors and tracks where in scope
- Final room-by-room completion photos
Before/after photos will be replaced with real KeyReady jobs.
These stock placeholders show the kind of condition, closeout, and detail photos this page needs until owned job photos are available.

Confirm trades are done
Cleaning is scheduled after cutting, sanding, painting, and installing are finished.
Send room photos
Photos show dust-heavy areas, fixtures, floors, cabinets, and access conditions.
Scope the detail
We separate cleaning/detail from debris, repair, trade, or hazardous-material work.
Document completion
Photos are used to close the loop against the written cleaning scope.
Is this the same as post-construction cleaning?
No. This page is for post-renovation dust and detail after trades are complete. Active construction, heavy debris, hazardous material, or trade-deficiency cleanup is not included unless separately reviewed and approved.
Can you clean right after the contractor leaves?
Only if the work is truly complete and the space is safe and access-ready. If trades are still working, schedule cleaning after they finish.
Do you remove construction debris?
Debris removal is quoted separately or coordinated before cleaning. Cleaning should happen after removal.
Can you prepare a renovated space for photos or listing?
Yes, when the renovation is complete and the scope is cleaning/detail rather than repair.
Can you clean inside cabinets?
Yes when included in the written scope and when cabinets are accessible.
