Usually no. Photos plus square footage quote most jobs accurately. Post-reno and office jobs can get a 15-minute walkthrough if needed.

What if the job isn't done right?

Tell us within 24 hours, send a photo, and we re-clean the missed area free. The before/after set means disputes are rare.

Do you bring supplies?

Yes — crews arrive with professional supplies and equipment. If your building requires specific products, tell us at quoting.

Can you work around a closing date?

That's our specialty. Tell us the date keys change hands and we schedule backward from it, with a buffer.

What's a rush job?

Anything under 72 hours from quote acceptance. Rush adds 15–25% depending on crew availability — always confirmed in writing first.

How do I pay?

Card to schedule (deposit or card authorization), balance captured after you receive the photo set and invoice. E-transfer available for established commercial accounts.
