Terms of Service
The basics of how we quote, book, and complete work. The specifics for your job are always confirmed in the written quote we send you.
These Terms govern quotes, bookings, and services provided by KeyReady Property Prep ("we", "us"). The specifics for your job — scope, price, timing, and payment — are set out in the written quote and invoice we issue.
1. Quotes & scope
Quotes are based on the photos and information you provide and the written scope we issue. Work outside that written scope is quoted separately before it is performed. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
2. Booking & scheduling
A booking is confirmed once a card is on file (deposit or authorization) and a date is issued in writing. We confirm crew availability before confirming your date.
3. Payment
Payment terms, deposits, rush premiums, and accepted methods are stated on your quote and invoice. Established commercial accounts may be invoiced per agreed terms.
4. Cancellation & rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any notice periods or fees, are confirmed on your written quote before you book.
5. Re-clean guarantee
If a completed job does not meet the agreed written scope, notify us within 24 hours with photos and we will re-clean the affected area at no charge. This is our sole remedy for scope shortfalls.
6. Liability
Our responsibility for any claim is limited to re-performing the affected service or refunding the amount paid for it. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, items left in the property, or hazards not disclosed before the job.
7. Access & condition
You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access and for disclosing relevant conditions (pets, hazards, building rules). We may decline or re-quote work where conditions differ materially from what was represented.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
