From $130 · confirmed on your quoteListing photos and turnovers are won on the details, and the outside has to match the inside. We coordinate exterior window and gutter/eaves cleaning alongside your clean — streak-free glass, clear downspouts, and a property that photographs as well as it shows.
Quoted from photos of each side of the property and scheduled weather-aware: if a day's unsafe or would wreck the result, we move it to the next clear day at no charge. Any second-storey or gutter work is done to the Ontario Working-at-Heights standard — we never roof-walk or work near power lines for a clean.
